The Worst of Both Worlds

The following two articles are interesting when read together. On the one hand, poor people are continually being evicted from low-income residences. On the other, the federal government seems entirely disinterested in issues of housing and homelessness; there is no national housing strategy, and there is no interest or concern for one
on the part of the feds.
